BGW Group expands in Asia

BGW Group has announced the official opening of offices in Singapore under a joint venture between CNW Electrical Wholesale and Energy Solutions (Brisbane, Australia), Wholesale Electric Supply (Houston, USA) and R&M Electrical Group (Southampton, UK).

This unique venture – trading as Wholesale Electric Asia, Pte. Ltd – unites three of the world’s largest independent electrical distributors (within their respective countries), with a common goal to expand operations into the South East Asia regions, including Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.

Wholesale Electric Asia will focus on providing electrical and cable products for the oil, gas, petrochemical and industrial markets, featuring product ranges from the world’s leading manufacturers in this area.

The facility will offer additional services in the form of project management and construction material management solutions, integrating international supply chain and logistical solutions into one platform – CMMS, a construction materials management solution. This will provide Wholesale Electric Asia clients with full visibility of their project throughout its life time.
