The Clipsal 500 Adelaide is Australia's largest domestic motor sport event with four days of racing from 3-6 March. The drivers weren’t the only winners at the track though! Thanks to Clipsal by Schneider Electric, Newcastle-based electrician Jason Coleman, of Coleman Electrical, was the lucky winner of a brand new Toyota HiLux. Jason won the coveted prize in a national competition run by Clipsal in the lead up to the event, which also saw a Harley Davidson motorbike being given away.
Jason, who is also a Club Clipsal member, was one of 10 finalists in the running to win the HiLux or the Harley. Entry to the competition was as a result of purchasing a variety of Clipsal products, with the finalists each receiving a trip to Adelaide, accommodation and a four-day pass to the race as a guest of Clipsal. They were also invited to bring along their wholesaler as their guest to enjoy the hospitality. Jason brought along Paul Bradshaw and John Brandrick from CNW Electrical Wholesale at Warners Bay.
“Keeping my customers and their homes safe is my main priority so I always use quality Clipsal products anyway but winning the HiLux was a great reward for making that choice,” said Jason. “The guys at CNW Electrical Warners Bay have been supplying and supporting my business for nine years so it was great to celebrate the win with Paul and John in Adelaide.”
“Congratulations to Jason on winning the HiLux,” said Ashely Ralph, General Manager Partner Programs, Clipsal and Schneider Electric Partner Business. “Clipsal by Schneider Electric is passionate about supporting contractors and we are very happy to have had him attend the race over the weekend.”
